Feb already .... ?

Wow .... Its February already ... how time flies when your having fun.

The start of 2012 has been full of excitement and wonder with many opportunities unveiling themselves.

From the beginnings on the Hawksbury River on New Years day to hippy markets near Byron Bay. Hanging out with family in Coffs Harbour and then having the realization that everyone else is back at work ..... Now what .... I decide it is time to act and get my a........ into gear (act that is).

Thankfully I love what I do, so jumping ......
head first back into things is very exciting indeed .... but where to start?

Ok.... i think to myself ... do what you tell everyone else to do .... List it, Mindmap it, Prioritise it.

Ok... done ... no what ..... ACT!

I look back now and realize that i have achieved in this month much more than I had even anticipated - not by "marketing", "networking" or "selling", but by being me.

By delivering a whole day workshop for a large charity to support young people off the streets,  the team has been able to begin the year with clarity and open communication. I look forward to working with them individually to offer even more support and skills as they do such an amazing job supporting our youth.

I have also had the privilege of supporting teachers in Sydney's North West with tools in how to ask better questions and bridge the communication gap,  to inspire, empower and guide the well-being of our young people. The support continues here too with on-going coaching and utilizing my networks with inspiring speakers to put a rocket up young people (I don't think I'm supposed to say that, but I'm going to go with you ... I'm sure those of you who work with young people know what I mean.).

Add to this my wonderful one-on-one clients that continue to amaze with their progress .... You inspire me to keep moving forward ... Thank you!

What I have learnt in these moments is that our reach is greater than we realize and just by touching the hearts of one, we touch the hearts of many.

Give from your heart, love with your head and acknowledge the gifts you share with people each day. If for some reason you are not sure of the gifts you give each day, then perhaps you need to re-think what you are doing and live with purpose.

I can honestly say i am so excited about the opportunities before me at this time. I have people coming out of the wood work to work with me, and now I choose my destiny. The exciting thing is you too choose yours..... where will you turn?
