Hi there,


To be honest, I already have two company websites and a blog, however felt that they were not really a reflection of MY AUTHENTIC SELF. While all the information on them is accurate and true and I love what I do, I built them based on marketing principles and the advice of others.


I love my life and love the opportunities I have to share the things I have learnt along the way. The things that have taken me from destructive families, painful relationships and re-occurring patterns to a place of happiness, peace and acceptance.


Here in this site, I am combining all this experience and wisdom to bring you ME.

I completed a Bachelor of Education at Wollongong University (Physical & Health Education),  worked in government schools in South-west Sydney for 9 years, including NSW DET. I then completed a Diploma in Rudolf Steiner Education and taught in a Steiner school in Sydney. After this, I left teaching on a quest of self discovery to Europe and many other countries. I returned to Sydney and became the NSW manager for a National not-for-profit organisation in Outdoor Education. My clients were the top ten private schools in Sydney. From here I formulated my own business "Adolescent Toolbox" and resorted to casual teaching then university lecturing at ACPE, UWS and Sydney University. Having been asked to do more and more corporate events I created "Employers Toolbox". In this time I have also completed hundreds of courses in spiritual development and mindset. I am a Master NLP Practiontioner, Hypnotherapist and Time Line Therapist.


I have written hundreds of programs, educated thousands of people and love coaching my one-on-one clients.


With all this training and experience, i have come to learn that at the end of the day, the only real thing we have is our heart, our mind and our spirit. It is discovering this, teaching this and learning this that inspires each and every day. The world really is amazing place and I feel blessed to be able to share, teach and guide the many souls that i encounter.
